At Krystal, we’ve built up technical acumen over 2 decades and trust ourselves to run the backend platform your business relies upon. This allows us to put quality and purpose before profit and provide an experience you and your visitors FEEL through our services.
We’ve built our own fault-tolerant cloud, Katapult, to maximise the lifespan of resource-intensive hardware AND improve performance. We’ve run on 100% renewable power since 2017 and our primary UK datacentre has a PUE of 1.05, one of the best in the world. Our support staff are highly technical too, usually fixing issues FIRST TIME, without escalation. It’s this uncompromising technical ownership that’s probably contributed towards over 1,600 5 star reviews.
