Within the next few days we'll securely migrate your client information and services (domains and hosting packages) into the Krystal Client Area. We haven't yet migrated your actual hosting, databases or email data to our platform - For now these remain exactly as-is on your current platform, we'll be in touch in the coming weeks regarding the migration of your hosting itself.
In the meantime however we're now providing full support for your services - If you have any queries, issues, or concerns you can reach us by phone on 020 8050 1337 9am-8pm, via the Live Chat facility at the bottom-right of our website 24/7, or by email at email@example.com.

This is where you manage your contact information and billing for services you have with us, such as domain names, web hosting plans and servers.
We have already securely ported across all of your user information and you should be able to login without issue. To login you’ll need to initiate a password reset request by clicking the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.
Please ensure that your contact email address is kept up to date as we use it to send invoices, reminders, and other important information relating to the operation of your service(s).
Currently your hosting plan is still on it’s old home. Once it’s been migrated you'll be moved onto our hosting infrastructure but your login will remain exactly as-is at, yourdomain.com/cpanel (replacing yourdomain.com with any domain hosted with us).
We will be changing your Hosting plans to align with our own - you can check the table below to see what service you will be moving to at Krystal. If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your service you can at any time via your client area.
