Where do I login to my Client Area, cPanel, and Webmail?

This article was posted in: Getting Started

As a Krystal customer you will login to three main services, your Client Area, your cPanel account, and directly into Webmail.

Client Area

Client Area - https://krystal.co.uk/client

In short, this is where you can find your invoices, and make payments to Krystal. The client area is where you purchase, renew, upgrade or cancel your products and services.

If you have domain names that are NOT part of a cPanel account, then this is also where you can manage the DNS settings for them.

Your login username will be the email address and password you chose when joining us. If you've forgotten your password simply click on the Password Forgotten? link and you can have them reset.

Once you are logged in, you can click on the WEB HOSTING menu link to see a list of your hosting accounts. Each account will look a little like this. To manage the account, click the MANAGE button. There you will be able to upgrade, login, and cancel your services.

cPanel

You can normally log directly into cPanel by using http://yourdomain/cpanel - this will redirect you to the cPanel secure login URL.

Note: If your domain name does not resolve to our server's IP address (usually because your nameservers are not set to Krystal's), then you will not be able to access your cPanel account using your domain name. In such cases you should instead login to cpanel using http://homeserver/cpanel - Your Home Server name is given in your welcome email you received when you purchased your account.

Webmail

It is possible to access your Krystal mailboxes without having to configure an email program on your PC. Webmail provides a quick and secure way to check your email from anywhere in the world through a web browser.

You can normally log directly into Webmail using http://yourdomain/webmail - this will redirect you to the Webmail secure login URL.

Just go to the above URL (substituting your real domain name e.g. johnsmith.co.uk as required) and login using the full email address of the mailbox concerned and it's password in order to login.

Note: If your domain name does not resolve to our server's IP address (usually because your nameservers are not set to Krystal's), then you will not be able to access your cPanel account using your domain name. In such cases you should instead login to cpanel using http://homeserver/webmail - Your Home Server name is given in your welcome email you received when you purchased your account.
