We're sorry you want to transfer your domain away from us, but we want to make the process as easy and painless as possible, so here's what to do.
Step 1 - Remove ID Protection from your domain
The winning registrar won't be able to work out the Admin contact email address if ID Protection is enabled on your domain. You can tell if your domain has IP Protection by logging into your Krystal Client Area and looking at your previous invoices. You can only get ID Protection disabled by raising a Support Request.
Step 2 - Preparing your domain for transferring away
Log into your Krystal Client area at http://krystal.co.uk/client and click on the My Domains button.
Step 3 - Manage your specific domain
Locate the domain you wish to transfer away and click the domain name itself.
Step 4 - Unlock the domain
On the Overview page, click the link to Disable Registrar Lock
Step 5 - Check Contact Info is correct
Click the Contacts tab and make sure that the contact information is all correct, and update it if necessary. Pay particular attention to the Admin contact email address as this will be vital during the transfer process.
Step 6 - Get EPP Code
You will need the EPP code in order to initiate the transfer request from the new registrar (gTLD transfers are essentially a PULL process).
Click on the EPP/Auth Code tab. The system will immediately send the EPP code to the Admin contact email address for the domain. If you have not completed Step 5, then this email will likely never reach you.
If you are sure that you have completed Steps 1 through 5 and you don't get your EPP code, please check in your spam/junk folders.
If you still cannot find it, then please ensure that messages from transfer-approval.com are whitelisted from your spam filtering system, and repeat Step 6 again.
If you can still not receive the EPP code, then please raise a Support Request.
Step 7 - Start the transfer at the other registrar
Complete the transfer process from your control panel at the winning registrar using their own help documentation.
