Managed Services Technical Account Manager

We are seeking two full time technical account managers to join our managed services team providing high-quality, bespoke hosting solutions for our clients.

Your role will involve taking on responsibility for developing custom solutions to meet client requirements and managing all aspects of our relationship with managed clients including initial onboarding, day-to-day management, and ongoing technical support.

Essential requirements:

  • "Autonomously Excellent" - You possess the skill set required to self-solve a wide range of problems, and when you don't know how immediately, you're capable of carrying out your own research to obtain a solution.
  • Extensive knowledge of LAMP stack deployment and management
  • Working knowledge of various ancillary technologies such as load balancers, caching reverse proxies, and virtualisation systems.
  • Experience with either AWS/GCP
  • Experienced with cPanel & WHM
  • Polite, industrious and professional at all times
  • Security conscious
  • A native-level English speaker
  • Living in the UK (and have the right to work here)

Highly desirable experience:

  • Knowledge of end user applications such as Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc
  • Understanding of mod_security and security best practices
  • Flexible with your working hours
  • A full, clean UK driving license (some very occasional travel to client sites may be required)
