I am writing this because I think it needs saying. These people are great. Since switching to Krystal from another company which were rather "slow hosts", I have been nothing but delighted with the service. I have even emailed a problem very late on a Sunday afternoon and had a reply during Sunday evening, which resolved my issue straight away. The customer support is second to none, the server speeds are superb, the usability so easy and the prices, well, a lot cheaper than "slower hosts"! Keep it up guys.
